CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE KAIDATM 

​

  1. A complete analytical technical report of the client’s website will be issued to highlight any changes that need to be made for the KAiDATM software to work effectively.

  2. The client needs to follow Google’s ‘Webmaster Guidelines’ as stated here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/essentials

  3. The client will inform MFN Digital of any changes made to the website in writing before they are made to ensure the changes will not affect results.

  4. KAiDA services are void if any blackhat SEO techniques (eg. cloaking, hidden text, blog comment spam etc) are used on the client’s website. These techniques could result in MFN Digital terminating this contract and all future work on the client’s website.

  5. It is important for the client to note Google algorithm changes may result in a slight delay in reporting.

KAiDATM CANCELLATION POLICY

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
 

  1. The parties may agree to terminate or suspend this agreement at any time.​

  1.1. ​Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required for any cancellations.

  1.2.Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either via email.

   2.If the Client does not pay all or any part of the Fees by the due date, the Service Provider may forthwith suspend the provision of the Services or terminate this agreement without prejudice to the right of the Service Provider to recover from the Client any monies then due.
